  2. Check the selected date range on dashboards — it often defaults to today only.
  3. Confirm your internet connectivity and that the sync agent is running.
  4. Refresh the page after a data upload — the cache takes a moment to update.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall the extension if browser tracking stops updating.
  6. Check your email for any rate-limit or suspension notifications from the platform.

How do I delete my data?

Email [email protected] with your registered email address and request deletion. We'll process it within 48 hours.

Is my data shared with anyone?

Which platforms are supported?

Where is my data stored?

On the Data Sunita server, transmitted over HTTPS and stored in an access-controlled database. Local cache is used temporarily for sync reliability.
